Refund policy
All merchandise that has been altered, manipulated, used, stretched, or changed/modified to its cosmetic appearance will be subject to an automatic denial for approval of a Return. In which item will be returned to the customer with NO refund issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant, cigarette smoke. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping costs to ship your return items.
We strongly encourage you to insure your package. We can not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
The original shipping fee and shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kenialea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive full store credit for your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. Please send the following info to hello@kenialea.com: your order number, the name of the damaged item, a photo that shows the damage as clearly as possible, a full-length image of the product, and a photo of the attached KeniaLea.Co logo and label.
Merchandise colors/patterns may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor settings. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Including:
Discounted item/s using a promo code (i.e. Black Friday Sale, BOGO deals, etc.)
Exchanged item/s
Swimwear
White Clothing
Bodysuits
Any accessories (e.g. jewelry)
Intimate goods or likeness
Sanitary or hygiene goods or likeness
Items marked “Final Sale”
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (i.e. Black Friday Sale, BOGO deals, etc.) or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit once items are received on our end.
